We blended the magic of our history, farm environment and horticulture to create a unique indoor 700sq ft. rental space designed with beautiful hardwood floors, calming fireplace and rustic pine ceiling beams. Sitting on 10 acres of farm land, with lush and picturesque gardens, your outdoor event options are endless. It is with great sadness that A Day In The Country share that Jennifer’s family has informed us of her sudden passing of natural causes on Monday April 29th 2024.
Here, at A Day In the Country we all feel the impact of such a sad loss of our dear sweet beloved valued marketing manager Jennifer….

A DAY IN THE COUNTRY FYI & FEES

Our Facility
Rental Fees ~ 
Hourly Rental Rate:
Monday to Sunday, Holiday Days $80.00/Hour (All Inclusive)
** Please note that all rentals must be a minimum of 3 hours (unless arranged separately with Fanshawe Nursery Ltd. A Day in the Country prior to rental)**

*We have ample parking and are abilities accessible. 
*Maximum Indoor Occupancy is 40 people
*Closed all statutory holidays.
*All prices include use of our 700sq ft. Meeting space, and lush gardens.
*Catering prices and options are available upon request through our caterer Huron Shores Catering Service or you may provided your own.
*An introspective tour of the facility, and grounds, is available for an additional fee of $18.00.
*A Maintenance/Security Deposit of $50.00 is required of all rentals and will be refunded if no additional maintenance is required.
(This fee is paid in addition to the rental fee(s) and must be paid in advance of the rental date along with a signed copy of the Fanshawe Nursery Ltd. A Day In The Country Rental Agreement in order to confirm booking date and time.)
* An additional fee will apply and will be invoiced by Fanshawe Nursery Ltd. A Day In The Country should the time extend
beyond the terms of the Facility Rental Agreement.

Seasonal Horticulture Programs ~ Walking tours in nature ~ Kids Programs ~ Floral Arranging & Design ~ Planting and Pruning seminars ~ Best seasonal garden maintenance ~ Good Bug or Bad Bug ~ How to kill insects or weeds without killing yourself.
